Mr. Martinez notable projects include Housing Authority City of Brownsville; 2015 Capital  Fund Improvements, Brownsville Sanchez Vela Subdivision 30 Single Family Detached  Housing Units; Valley View ISD; Valley View Early College, PSJA ISD; PSJA Stadium  Renovations Phases 1-3, City of McAllen; McAllen City Hall adaptive reuse project now known as McAllen Development Center; Tropical Texas Behavioral in Weslaco.

Mr. Martinez directs the design implementation of each project and leads a team of Owner representatives, engineering consultants and ROFA key personnel.

He facilitates the transition from design to production of construction documents and participates on project meetings and presentations to Owner representatives. Miguel joined the firm in 2008, and has over 25 years of experience.
