The 42,000 sq. ft. Valley View Performing Arts Center building consists of an 800 seat capacity auditorium, a band hall, choir hall, mariachi room, dance studio, and drama classroom with changing rooms. The exterior materials were selected to blend with existing precast concrete panels on adjacent buildings and to match a recent cafeteria addition on the opposite side of the site.
