Mr. Roque is a 1994 graduate of The Science Academy of South Texas, a magnet school located in Mercedes, Texas. He is a recently registered architect having completed the requirements and authorized to take the architectural exams for licensure. He is also pursuing a business degree from South Texas College.
In addition to his 17 years of architectural and construction experience Mr. Roque served as Planning Director for the City of Roma and oversaw 2005 Historical Preservation project. He helped in the development of Historic Preservation Ordinances and Thoroughfare Plan.
Mr. Roque is presently responsible for assisting the project architect management of submittals, schedules, field reports, and close out documents for project in the construction administration phase. His diverse experience allows Cesar to serve as a valuable project team member from design development through final completion.
